At Trust Wallet Card, every card plan includes refund protection. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within the refund window for your plan (see below).
- The service was not delivered as described.
- You have not breached our Terms & Conditions.
2. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or top-up, in line with applicable consumer-protection laws. All four card tiers — Regular, Silver, Gold and Platinum — include this refund protection.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The date of purchase and plan selected.
- The reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Welcome bonuses and cashback already credited and used.
- Transactions completed and settled with third-party merchants.
- Requests made after the refund window has closed.
- Cases involving fraud or abuse of our services.
6. Crypto Value Fluctuations
Where a refund involves cryptocurrency, the refunded amount may differ from the original value due to market fluctuations. Refunds are issued based on the value at the time the refund is processed unless otherwise required by law.
